Agent authorisation
The Agent is authorised to conduct the following activities on behalf of the Credit provider:

To complete consumer applications for Credit Transactions.
2.
To verify the identity and residence details of consumers as prescribed by the Financial Intelligence Centre act 38 of 2001.
3.
Present consumers with a Credit Provider's quotation and pre-agreement statement.
4.
Explain and conclude the signing of Credit transactions.
5.
Provide consumers with the Credit provider's dominant reason for credit being refused where applicable.
